Why buckle up your pup?
Rule 57 of the Highway Code says dogs should be suitably restrained so they can't distract you while you're driving, or injure you or themselves if you stop quickly. A seat belt harness is one of the recommended ways to do it. All of our travel restraints are designed to reduce driver distraction whilst travelling in a moving vehicle with your dog.
Harness on, collar off
Always clip a car restraint to a harness, never to a collar. If you stop suddenly, a collar puts all the pressure on your dog's neck. A well-fitted harness spreads the force across the chest.
