Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed within one business day. For same day dispatch, orders need to be received by 12:00pm. This excludes weekends & bank holidays.
We deliver via Royal Mail or DHL and in special circumstances other couriers. We also require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.
For orders under £30:
- Royal Mail 48hr (Tracked) is £2.99
- DHL Next Working Day is £5.99
For orders over £30:
- Royal Mail 48hr (Tracked) is FREE
- DHL Next Working Day is £5.99
For orders over £100:
- Royal Mail 48hr (Tracked) is FREE
- DHL Next Working Day is FREE
As stated on the Royal Mail website, the 48hr service is 1-3 business working days. Meaning if you order on a Friday, please expect your order to arrive on Monday at the earliest.
Please note, when your order has left the depot we have limited tracking and can only provide tracking ID numbers we have been distributed by the courier companies. For further queries regarding tracking ID's, we advise that contact should be made with the couriers. Free delivery option has limited tracking and will only show on the courier websites when delivery has been attempted.
Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland.
Orders to Republic of Ireland are charged at £7.82 and are not tracked once the order leaves the UK.

EXCHANGE
We cannot offer exchanges on items. In order to return and item for a different item, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card. Please note, refunds can take up to 5 working days to process.
WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
EzyDog guarantees all products at time of purchase against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months. This does not include chewing or abuse.
If you experience a problem with a product purchased via the UK EzyDog website please provide full details, together with a picture showing the defective issue. Send to info@ezydog.co.uk
If you experience a problem with a product purchased from one of our suppliers please return the item to the original place of purchase. If the store is not local to you or it is not convenient to return the item in person, the store should be able to handle your query via post.
