RETURNS POLICY

EzyDog will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from ezydog.co.uk. Items not purchased directly from ezydog.co.uk must be returned to the original place of purchase.

We recommend carefully trying on your new EzyDog products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.

Personalised labels cannot be returned.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return, please click here to get your Royal Mail returns label. You can then send back your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition.

If you experience a problem with a product purchased from one of our suppliers please return the item to the original place of purchase. If the store is not local to you or it is not convenient to return the item in person, the store should be able to handle your query via post.
