Why Choose EzyDog Ezydog Outlet?
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the EzyDog Outlet?
The EzyDog Outlet is our clearance section, where end-of-line and discontinued dog gear is sold at reduced prices, currently up to 50% off. The outlet will close on 30 November.
How much can I save in the Outlet?
Discounts are currently up to 50% off across harnesses, collars, leads and accessories. The exact saving is shown on each product, and the biggest reductions sell fastest during peak clearance and Black Friday periods.
Are Outlet products covered by warranty?
Yes. Every Outlet product carries the same 1-year EzyDog warranty as full-price items. These are genuine end-of-line or discontinued lines, not seconds, so quality is unchanged.
Why are these products discounted?
Outlet items are end-of-line colours, discontinued ranges or overstock that we are clearing to make room for new lines. The price is reduced, but the product is new and fully guaranteed.
Can I return Outlet or clearance items?
Outlet items final sale and are non-refundable unless stated.
Do you have Black Friday deals?
During the Black Friday period, our biggest reductions appear here in the Outlet alongside dedicated deal collections. Bookmark this page and check back, as new discounted lines are added throughout the event.
Can I use a discount code on Outlet prices?
Outlet products are already reduced, so additional discount codes cannot be applied on top. Any exceptions will be stated on the product or at checkout.
Do Outlet orders qualify for free UK delivery?
Yes. Outlet orders over £30 qualify for free standard UK delivery, the same as full-price orders. Smaller orders are charged at the standard delivery rate shown at checkout.
How often is new stock added to the Outlet?
New discounted lines will be added through the Black Friday period. Sizes and colours sell quickly, so it is worth checking back often for fresh reductions.
