This is the second leather Oxford lead for my 2 and a half year old Golden Retriever. The other is still in use (in use for 2 years), just starting to show a bit of wear. I like these so much I wanted to get a replacement before I needed it! The padding on the handle is great, excellent, strong and easy to use clip. The current lead has survived many adventures and training and cleans off beautifully. Very highly recommended
